Hi, this morning I received an email response from ‘Customer Success Associate’, David Liu. He says
I’m sorry for the late reply here. We sent out a follow up email, we are still finalizing our suggested solutions. At the moment, the short term is looking like using adapters since the oven wiring itself is still 10A, it just has the wrong plug.
I have replied asking him how this might be achieved (eg. will they send adaptors to us, will they reimburse us for purchasing our own?). I also alerted him to concerns on this forum that using the an inappropriate adapter might cause other problems (eg fire).
Will let you know if I hear further.
