It is a huge problem connecting APO to Wi-Fi, for me and many others. Unlike all my other devices, I have to put a router or Access Point right next to the APO and leave it there.
When I first installed the oven, I could not get the app to recognize that my oven was connected to the WiFI network, even though it was connected and working fine, according to my Xfinity App. I contacted customer support and they were able to fix it within a few days.
