I got my APO on Monday, it’s great, and all seems good, except……
After I’ve selected ‘Probe’, plugged it in, set the temperature and pressed ‘Start’, after a minute or two and the oven beeps once, and the probe indicator starts to flash. Is it supposed to do this?
It stops flashing when it reaches the set core temperature, and the temperature reached is correct (I checked it with my Thermapen). I just can’t see any reference to the indicator flashing in the manual, and have noticed it getting flagged up as an issue in a couple of forums.
