Anyone done sourdough baguette in their precision oven?

The steam coming out is coming from the food losing moisture. Normal. The steam is not apparent inside as it’s wet bulb rather than flooding steam. Let the program run its course.
Hi buddy, I tried once and it was done at my end but not the best one of course.
