What is the amount of time to sous vide a 5 pound beef tenderloin medium?

For a 3-3.5” beef tenderloin, I’d shoot for ~2.5 hours. I also recommend checking out this recipe as a general guide.
On this forum I’ve seen 1 hour per inch of diameter, but other say not longer than 2.5 hours for rare - medium rare. For a 3.5" diameter tenderloin would it be 3.5 hours or 2.5 hours? Thanks
