Manual shows 1" thick steak 1 hour. What time set for a whole beef tenderloin or even if that’s doable?
Hey @Terrymann …it’s totally doable! The thickness is what determines the time. I def suggest checking out this thread: How long do i cook a 4-5 lb. beef tenderloin (130 degrees)
I did tenderloin this last weekend.
They was about 40-45mm of thickness
I cooked them at 53.5° for 2 hours.
That very tender and fabulous with a pepper sauce.
