My old baker oven had a timer that did its job by shutting down the oven when the timer reached zero. Strangely, the Anova just keeps on cooking and so, what is the point and why does this oven not have an automatic shut down at zero? Very annoying but just sounding off as there is no solution, at least as long as the engineers do nothing to change this strange quirk. Just setting up the new oven and was astounded by this lack of forethought.
