When is the next gen counter top chamber vac with blast chiller functionality coming?
This is all an idea in my 
and something of a wish list item.
With a crane to haul it out of the larder & place upon the reinforced worktop.
(I thought my ice cream maker was heavy enough)
How much glycol & water would that demand y’think?
When in france I could use the nearby glacial stream outside the door to chill my beer brewing / crash lager #reasonstomovetofrance
