I purchased this sous vide over a year ago and it worked fine now when I tried to use it today, the fan came on but the water did not heat up. I’ve checked the fuse in the unit and it appears to be intact. Any recommendations on any additional troubleshooting steps?
Only recommendation I can give is that you contact Anova Support. They’re there to help with matters like this.
Have you used it consistently in the year? Or was it used once then stored away?
Like Ember has suggested, contacting Anova support is your best option. In the meantime, I suppose you could play with adjusting the temperature manually and from the app, just to see if there’s a difference.
