My brand new unit, right out of the box is not functioning. I read the (simple) instructions, set the temp and time and started it. It runs about three seconds and then gives an error message. Reading this community page does not make me happy, but I am hoping for an early solution.
No sooner had I posted this when my phone rang and it was the manufacturer to discuss the problem. So thats a good sign.
Alright, I have to commend the customer service department, and Bill Clark specifically for getting back to me in a timely response and getting me the info to return my unit. Very quick and friendly. Thank you, Bill.
