Hey - just received my brand new anova , opened the box, plugged it but … the device doesn’t start…
I. Check the plug , use a new one, check the fuse… nothing …
Did I miss something obvious ?
Is there any hard button ?
Any help would be appreciated

Did the control panel light up when connected to your electrical supply?
Perhaps, you don’t mention this, - but before attempting to start it did you immerse your new Anova in water with its surface being between MIN and MAX levels on the shaft?
Better seek help from Support, not users.
