BBQ Sous Vide Tempeh

THIRD TIME’S A CHARM! I finally learned how to throw it down with the Anova + tempeh.

Added sliced tempeh, a shit ton of sweet & smoky BBQ sauce and a bit of oil into a bag. Let it swim for 2 hours at 190 degrees.

Came. Out. So. Damn. good.

Okay then I flash fried it until golden brown in very hot oil.Topped the tempeh with more BBQ sauce

Boom. There goes vegan magic.
