Trying to do the whole sous vide thing with tempeh! Definitely did not come out the way I would have loved, but that’s the great thing about sous vide - you test and tweak until you get something that’s perfect for YOU.
I cooked this bad boy with honey mustard then topped it with even MORE honey mustard. Because why the heck not.
Has anyone tried to sous vide tempeh (I know, I know…it ain’t meat)
Would love to know how that came out.
