Can Anova be use to cook broth and other non clear water liquid?

If so, how do you clean afterward?

This is not recommended. The fluid should only be water.

You want to keep your cleaning below the high water line. Do not get the head of the unit wet. For cleaning I remove the sleeve and was it in hot soapy water and rinse. I then gently wash the heating coils and impeller and rinse well In hard water areas you may get a calcium buildup which can be removed by soaking coils in vinegar…
