Hi, I just received my unit yesterday. The instructions say not to use an extension cord. Is there any way around this? My 220V unit’s power cord is pretty short, and I’d like to use an extension cord.

@Angela can you give some more indication of why? Just so we know what we’re supposed to be shopping for. For high current draw etc etc?
