I will buy an Anova container, but I’m hesitant about size.
I understand that 12L size is enough for daily food quantities.
But I like to use “sous vide” method for big beef rib, around 1.5Kgs (3 Lbs). 2 pieces cooked in the container in same time when I have some friends at home !
picture attached to clarify the beef piece I mean, I’m not 100% sure of translation. around 30cm long, 15cm large, and 7cm thick. I think to put the 2 pieces in vertical position in the container.
Do you think it’s good enough with the 12L or should I go for the 16L ?
