Anova circulator, Cambro 4.75 gallon and Lipavi sous vide rack model 26SD is the one I have now. The Anova holds the temperature well and the Lipavi rack lets me use the full capacity of the Cambro container. Cooks easily 1" steaks for 10 people with perfectly even warming.
