Discount discrepancy?

I’m just wondering why some people who have had their ovens fail receive 60% off whereas others only get a coupon for 40% off to purchase a new oven. I’ve chatted with a few who have similar ovens to mine and similar issues.

Also, if the price of the oven has been holding steady at $559, why is Anova only applying this coupon to the full price of the oven ($699) which it never seems to be selling for anymore?
