I would like to connect to the oven 2.0 but when I clicked connect , it just showed up the tutorial and doesn’t have me to scan the QR code ?
Can anyone help me how to scan the QR code to connect the oven ?
You are not alone. I just got my oven and the app does not shows any option to scan the code. Tried 3 phones and iPad. No way to scan the code. It seems no one tested the app before release it?

I just went through this…
I had Bluetooth on, restarted the app then unplugged and plugged the oven.
It paired…
Tried. No case, it just does not show the option to scan, it only shows the tutorial movie…. You pairing an Oven 2.0? And shows you the camera to scan the code? Are you suing an iPhone?
Ok, I see, the phone needs to be close to fist connect to the Bluetooth, then it will advance, it would be good if they let you know that is needed

I didn’t use the camera (iPhone 18.x)
It paired using Bluetooth I’m pretty sure.
Later on I saw a link from on troubleshooting a pairing and it talked about using Bluetooth for pairing.
If all else fails restart…
The firmware update takes about 5 minutes and I’m sure will need WiFi setup so I think you need to complete the pairing step first…
So so short but I’m trying to respond via my phone and not my computer….
I asked for customer service and they just updated the apps this early morning , that’s why now people can pair!
