When I first got my Anova several years ago I did quite a bit of experimenting with cooking eggs both scrambled and in the shell. I moved on to other things and have not done eggs in a while. I was thinking about trying egg bites. I have a smoker that will be in use today making jerky and I am thinking about adding a red pepper and a jalapeno to get smoked and cooked. I want to try these with the bites along with bacon and cheese mixes.
Do you have any favorite flavor combinations for these?
