You know, I was just experimenting in the kitchen. I was playing around with some vegan burgers.
Did I figure out something something magical? Not really. But sometimes I like to put things together and see what I get. What I am trying to say? Just experiment. Mess up, discover something new, have fun.
This veggie burger was made with with black beans, sweet corn, and mushrooms. Seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, and Goya sazon. Chilled until firm then I sous vide the burger for 30 min at 150. Topped with sliced avocado and homemade pico de gallo. And we can’t forget the pretzel bun.
I make veggie burgers often. The only thing that was beneficial with dropping these burgers in a hot bath was that they were warm all the way through. And I didnt really have to worry about them. Nothing crazy happened, but I do have good burgers.
