Bought 1.7kg Top Sirloin Roast.
We cut it into 2 pieces, each piece in a separate bag.
We used a 16L pot, about 13-14L water. All nicely wrapped with a few towels, a belt to keep it all tied together. Instead of the lid (we have not yet set up a cooler with hole), we used foil and tea towels.
138F for 5.5h, with 10min in convection oven at 400F.
Really tasty result! Definitely a successful first attempt with the Anova!
