If you have frozen meat in a sealed bag then cook it and you don’t want it at the time. Can you refreeze the bag and then reheat it at a later date?
There isn’t a safety issue.

Sure. No problem in doing that.
If you pasteurise the cook it has extended fridge life without freezing as well.
