I have a celebration fruit cake to bake and want to be sure of success, well at least as good as our conventional oven!
Any tips as to cooking and probe temp and steam % settings would be appreciated. This will be our first cake in the ANO oven, so as basic info as you have please
I’ve very successful cooked a large 1 lb Woman’s Weekly recipe …ie 10” cake tin, 1 lb butter, 5 cups flour , 8 eggs plus all fruit
Cooked at 120 c, 25% steam, used probe to cook till internal temperature was 98 c… perfect!
