Hi !! My name is Lou and we live in Spain. I received my Anova about a month or so aga. I immediately tried it and it worked perfectly. Reached and maintained temp for 4 hours. Today, I used it again and altho desired temp was reached ( albeit with fluctuations ), I noticed the fan wasn´t working. Any suggestions ?? I hesitate to ship it back to have it worked on because of exorbitant postage ( $50.00 or more !! )
