I just received my Anova Sous Vide WiFi model that I ordered directly from Anova. I paired it with my phone and my router so all is good there. I did have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to pair with my router.
I ran a quick test run to test the unit out and it seemed to work great. After I dried it off
I removed the stainless housing to look at the impeller and the heating coils. To my surprise I found an metal hose clamp securing a sense line and the heater line together. I found this a little odd but I wanted to run it by you folks to see what you think. Is this normal? Thank you!
