This story started 20 years ago. I was visiting a famous Steak House in Devonport, Tasmania, Australia - “Dannebrog Cafe and Bar Grill”. The menu included instructions on how Steaks can be cooked. I asked permission, took a copy and reworded it slightly.
I keep copies of the following table in my wallet. It is handed out to friends, strangers and restaurants. It is my way of educating the world. No offense intended.
