one of my favorite parts at chicken is the neck

so i bought today some fresh chicken neck to try
buti cant find any instructions for this gret part
If you are making soup I do not see any advantage in using the Anova. If you like to eat the meat off the bones I would cook them like thighs. After cooking crisp up the skin under the broiler or discard it and eat the meat.
