I use a cambro container for sous vide cooks. I have found that a great insulator for the container can be constructed fairly easily from the silvered bubble wrap that comes with Blue Apron orders. Cuts heat loss a lot.
Hi @Dogfather , I’ll bet the blue apron bubble wrap works much like the “Infrastop” bubble insulation I use on top of my Colman cooler…and that works great. heat loss with the Anova turned off is under 5F and hour.
