No display availabe

I’m awaiting my friends, tonight for a Beef-Tasting, and my Anova cooker arrive just in time. Unfortunately it was not workig ant all - after connecting to a socket, no display was shown. It stayed completely dead!
I brought it back to the post office and sent it back and now I’m fiddeling around with a Pot and my oven to bring my Steaks up to temperature for the Beefer. I’m quite courious how Anova reacts and what happens with the cost to send the stuff back!

Have you been in touch with Anova Support? They are very good at replacing faulty units.
