Has anyone tried to call Anova to speak with Customer Support? I always get a message that call volume is high and all agents are busy and to leave a message and someone will get back to me. However, I do not get any followup from Anova.
Thank you. I just did not know if I would be able to speak to someone live. Right now, I now know my APO has been shipped and it will be delivered on Thursday. I am excited about cooking with it.
