No Shipping Confirmation

It’s passed the end of October and I placed an order during the preorder period. I still don’t have any communication as to when my order would be shipped. I tried contacting Bill through his profit and PM but received no response. I live in Canada if that makes a difference. I want to know when my wifi precision cooker is shipping.

If you check the first thread stickied in here, you’ll see that the precision cookers coming to Canada first had to make their way to the Canadian warehouses in Toronto and Vancouver, which is definitely better for us Canucks than having them shipped from the US. They were supposed to be in the warehouses this past Friday, barring issues with Customs, so unless Customs is currently having a big Sous Vide party, we should be getting shipping notifications soon!
