Normal Beeping? Pump Cap?

Is the unit supposed to beep when it approaches the correct temperature? Mine did. Also, any tricks to remove stiff pump cap?

@tk1‌ yes, that is normal. Still having issues with the pump cap?

Thanks MIchael. I can get the sleeve off easily - just reluctant to use too much force on the stubborn pump cap.

@tk1‌ it definitely takes a bit of force to get the cap off at first. However if the problem persists let us know, or if you end up damaging the cap itself, we can send a replacement.

I uses a piece of silicone to help grab the pump cap and got it off.
