First time user so my apologies for this question. Will be cooking two one pound tenderloins this evening. Do,you double the time or you sue the same time (1 hour) as suggested in the app for one tenderloin of one pound?

Tavo…Welcome! I love pork tenderloin. If I could only eat one food the rest of my life it would be pork tenderloin. As long as the tenderloins are not on top of each other, time is the same for one or 10. of them. Sous vide goes by thickness, not weight. My wife is mad because I wont stop using the sous vide. She wants me to grill some primordial bronto steak. Good Luck!
