When doing batches in sous vide mode for some reason once i reset the timer the temp starts drastically dropping. I have to mess around with turning the APO off then change the target temp and power back on to get it to climb back up in temp.
Note: I am doing this manually from the APO door handle. I can’t be bothered with the stupid app for simple things.
