I had some leftover spiral ham slices and cooked mashed potatoes in the freezer in vacuum seal bags. I thawed in the refrigerator and then reheated in my sous vide for 45 minutes (because that was the time till I wanted to serve) at 140 degrees. Came out perfect to serve for a quick leftover meal. Popped some steam-in-the- bag veggies in the microwave and, voila! Easy cleanup and ham didn’t lose its moisture.
