So, I had a 3 yo Anova that I absolutely loved. It kept tripping the GFCI breaker. So Anova kindly offer to replace it with a Refurbished Precision Cooker. Dead on Arrival. Kind enough to send a second one. I connected it and tested to 140F and it seemed fine. Today, I went to pre-heat and dead again. Apparently there is an inherent problem with Anova’s QA/QC program. Makes me wonder if buying anew one would be any better or should I move on to another, more reliable brand.
