I have bought the anova sous vide machine and vacuum seal back in June. Those arrived quite quickly. But the vacuum sealed bags did not come along with the machines. When asking support, somehow supply was not available and allegedly can only be shipped in mid-August.
It is already nearing the end of the month. When I reached out to support, they’ve just informed me that it would take until mid-September - which is absolutely ridiculous.
Anyone else in a similar situation? How is it possible to have such significant delays without prior notice of the lack of supply or labelled as such? Is it really reasonable that I have to wait nearly 3 months? Terrible customer support and nothing has been done to remedy the situation.
