What are best clips to use with Anova Pro and clear Anova plastic container. I am using metal clips from staples that are all rusted. A friend gave me clips but they wont fit under the Anova container lid?
Grand, please consider the reason you are using clips. If you are using clips because you don’t trust the quality of sealing you are achieving you might want to improve your sealing technique.
Properly sealed SV bags should be permitted to “swim” freely to allow ample water circulation around them.
Thank you. I am new to Sous Vide. I do trust the quality of my vacuum seal. I just thought the bags were suppose to be suspended, not moving freely.
