Has anyone tried to make a fruit nut bread like boston brown bread or date nut bread?
Hmmm…there are plenty of bread recipes to make sous vide on the recipes site, but haven’t seen anything for sous vide date nut bread. Anyone else in here have? @acs @RichardOL @Ember @john.jcb @fischersd
I’ve seen people using the circulator for proving yeast leavened goodies.

I do not have a recipe for date nut bread.
I’m boycotting any breads that are tube shaped and called loaves.
