Sous vide machine has no power

Hi all,

Needed some help here, when I turn on the power for my anova sous vide machine i heard a snap sound and the whole machine could not be turn on.

I suspected that the fuse might be broken and I went to change the fuse. But it didn’t work.

Is there anywhere I can get it repaired in Singapore?

Definitely sounds something is wrong with your cooker. We don’t have a repair shop, but we can look into troubleshooting your device or replacing it with a new one if you’re still under your two-year warranty. I would definitely email support@anovaculinary.com.
