I need to set up my subscription so it is available from both an iPad and an android phone. How do I set up the subscription so it is billed independent of a device ( i.e. direct credit card or PayPal vice a device App Store)?

Once the subscription is set up based on email and credit card, how do I link the iOS and android apps to the subscription?
