given that the oven tend to fail after 2/3 years +/- the price would be around $1229.97 
Glad you said it Franck, I don’t wish to sound curmudgeonly, but yes, the track record does not seem good, I would not trust it.
Nor when investing this amount of cash do I want the app pulled from under my feet.
The only way i’d deem the app cost as ok, would be to have a 30 day subscription that only activated when I turned the oven on (programmed it) then paused the sub as 30 days of consistent use, not just 30 days regardless with the clock ticking, …even then i’d want to know how useable it was without the app, none of which we can tell at this stage, & frankly don’t have high hopes for, not everyone has consistent connectivity & that has caused months & years of connectivity woes for my Anova SV stick.

It’s highly irritating that the basic functions controlled by the app are disabled unless you buy the subscription. No incentive to provide value, just extract cash from their customers
