Just bought this. Apparently the timer is not working. The time is displayed in the app but it was not counting down. It just kept cooking until I stopped it manually. Is it the same issue as other reports here?

The timer is neither vital nor particularly useful. It has no impact on the APC function. But you probably need to get in touch with support to get them to check things out.
