Using the clamp

Hi,


Can I use the clamp by attaching it to the stainless steel portion of the main unit, or must it only attach to the rubber portion? I am quite confused because a section of the manual shows that it can attach to the stainless steel portion for shallower pots, but one of your support staff said that it should attach only to the rubber portion.

You can definitely attach the clamp to the stainless steel shaft. Its meant to slide up and down as needed :slight_smile:

I hesitated to answer earlier when the question made me wonder if I shouldn’t be sliding it to the stainless steel sleeve.
