Vacuum Sealer Pro Issues (?)

I have been very happy with my VSP, but I’m noticing lately that a (non-Anova) bag that was fine in January is now not sealing properly. I also noticed thee is something loose inside the top of my device.

I suspect it’s out of warranty (although I can’t find anything on how long the warranty is on the web site) as I bought it in December of 2019.

So, is there a problem? Feels like there is. Do I send it in for repairs, or do I need to buy a new one?

Hey Joe! Vac sealers have a 5-year warranty so if there’s an issue we will definitely take care of ya. Email support@anovaculinary.com and we’ll get ya back to sealing properly
