Okay, it’s true that I’m past my freshness date AGE-wise so it’s certain that some new fangled kitchen jargon will be over my head. But today’s email promo message entitled ‘Meal Prep Like a Boss’ has me flu-mixed.
Reading the message in my Firefox browser, the tag at the end of the message displays as, “Find more delicious Anova sous vide recipes made by ho me chefs like you”. WHAT? 
– What’s a HO ME chef?
OK, a little tongue in cheek there. Not until I did a copy/paste did the actual text show as “home chefs like you”. I guess it’s my Firefox browser but MAN you had me going there for a quick second!
