A gripe - unreliable APP info

I love my Anova, had it for about 6 weeks now. But What I hate is how it often tells me that the temperature has been reached, long before it has. Or that the food is ready, long before it is.
I can work around it, but wish I didn’t have to.

First, I want to say that I do not have this issue with my Anova WiFi and the iOS app. I believe that if I had this issue, I would contact Anova Support. I’d shoot a pic of the top of the Anova and screenshot my iPhone to give them information to try to resolve it going forward.

Still new to Anova and haven’t really tried the Android app much but after reading about several problemsI thought I’d test it today without any food in case it wasn’t working right. Seems to work quite well. I turned on the Anova with the app, set a time and temperature and there were no problems. Next step is one more try with an ice bath from 100 kilometers away. I’m using a Galaxy S8 with Android 7.0.
