Waiting to hear from support, but thought I’d see if anyone here has had the same issue.
I just received an Anova Pro and I cannot get it to do anything. I’ve had an Anova sous vide stick for over 9 years and an Anova Precision oven, so I am familiar with the products and the app.
I set up the Pro in a cambro of water and plugged it in. It makes the three tone sound and the LED indicator is white. The only item lit up is the current temperature, which is 0.0 C. The target temperature is 91.5 C, but it is “grayed out.” The timer is also “grayed out” and reads 00:00. The plus, minus, and start/stop button are also “grayed out.” I tried holding the target temperature button for five seconds several times, but the app does not recognize it.
What am I doing incorrectly, or is there something else I need to do to get the Pro to work?
