Just got my new Cooker and jazzed about trying it out. I think I may have to wait. It doesn’t appear to be functioning correctly. i decided to use one of the recipes in the guide, thinking it was usable. Attached the cooker to the vessel added water to exactly in between the max and min indicators on the cooker.
blue light came on, but is was only registering 100 degrees and the water was circulating. temp never got higher than 120 when the desired cooking temp was supposed to be 140. gets to around 120 and starts to go down in temp.
This is a lot more work then me having to heat the water myself and blow bubbles to confirm the proper action.
